The only time you will do Step 5 is when you receive a reply to Letter One. When you mail your Reply Letter be sure to include your Postcard.

The PDF document of your Reply Letter will open.

Click the print icon to print your letter. There will be one page.

Sign your name at the bottom of the letter. See the sample letter below.

Be sure that your signature is on your letter before making your copies.

Printing Guidelines:
White Paper ~ 8.5 x 11 ~ 24 Lb ~ Single Sided - Black Ink

Your Reply Letter will be printed in black and white on the front side of an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.

The paper weight should be 24 lbs.
